Shipping. DinghyGuru charges a modest shipping and handling fee based on order value, we reserve the right however to adjust this amount in the event actual costs significantly exceed our order value estimate of actual shipping costs. In the event we find it necessary to adjust the estimated shipping cost, we will email you with and explanation and the exact shipping quote for your order to obtain approval prior to shipping. International customers are advised that you are responsible for brokerage fees, customs duties and all other charges that may be imposed.

Order Status. Lead times vary depending on items purchased. Items in stock ship within 24 hours. When we have processed your order, we will send you a confirmation email with delivery information.

Pricing. From time to time we may adjust our prices, especially considering much our inventory comes from overseas and is subject to currency fluctuation, however we will honor the price quoted on our web site at the time of your order. 6% Sales tax applies to all Connecticut residents.

Returns. DinghyGuru wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item for any reason, you may send it back to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the 14-day period. To receive a refund, your item must be unused and undamaged. All shipping charges including the original cost of delivery will be the responsibility of the customer should you decide to return or exchange an item.
